IPak's stackers gently stack your trays in pre-programmed configurations for easy palletizing or distribution. A programmable counter allows for optimal stack height for different tray depths. Fully automatic in-feed control and out-feed pushers contribute to ease of operation. All TS Series stackers have completely independent controls including PLC and are fully adjustable to accept various sizes and depths of trays. The TS-100 Series is designed for single stacks of corrugated trays, ideal for Common Footprint type produce trays or applications where stackable trays are palletized for relocation prior to filling.

The TS-200 Series is designed for multiple stacks of corrugated trays or plastic totes, ideal for high volume automated packing lines such as greenhouses where trays or totes are transferred to carts.
