Bakery & Snack Foods Industry

Bakery and Snack Industry Packaging SystemsIPak Machinery tray formers are installed at many of the leading companies providing world class brands of baked goods and snack foods to their customers. Whether you are protecting chocolates or snack bars, single servings or family packs of trail mixes, or you just need to get your baked product to market, IPak has a secondary packaging solution for you.

The TF-200 Series tray formers provide options which include basic four-corner trays or trays with display windows and full telescoping lids. With our ability to form all thickness of corrugate substrates, we can create a market friendly, retail-ready display case that you can put on the shelf ready for consumer shopping. If you require a tray for a box store that demands easy access or end-of-the-aisle display, our triangulated corner options with a smooth edge rollover display window on one, two, three or all four sides can meet that requirement.

For the baking industry, our TF-350 Series tray formers form perfectly square tapered stacking trays with stacking tabs and rollover side walls for secure loads to protect your baked goods. Whether it is transporting fresh baked goods to fast food retailers or to the local supermarket, the TF-350 will form the perfect tray each and every time.
