The IPak team has been engineering, manufacturing, servicing and installing tray forming, stacking, sealing, conveying, case erecting, and other packaging line machinery for more than 40 years. In 1999, IPak's principals engineered innovative new tray forming machinery that would solve the packaging line challenges their customers were facing and better meet the requirements presented by new corrugated tray designs. They believed they could build, install and support that machinery at competitive prices. Their experience in engineering and manufacturing as well as the insights gained servicing, repairing and modifying other manufacturer's machinery to meet the continually changing needs of their customers enabled them to design tray formers, flange sealers, stackers, sleeve wrappers, and packaging lines that would be more versatile and durable than the machinery they had been repairing and servicing.

Today IPak offers more than 40 models of durable packaging machinery, from solid entry level machines for small processors installing their first automated packaging line to sophisticated machinery for high speed lines running multiple container styles and sizes on lines that run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. IPak's experience with corrugated design and production provides an advantage over many competitors in that IPak engineering and support group truly understand container design and function as well as the correlation between the tray blank and the machine forming process. IPak's talented engineering team and dedicated workforce coupled with regional sales and support staff have produced satisfied customers in a broad range of industries in all four corners of North America.

IPak's ruggedly engineered all-mechanical drive systems provide optimal performance and reliability at sustained high speeds. Dual cams and offset vacuum cups "peel" blanks from the hopper for reliable picking. Chain and lug drive systems coupled with high-speed digital timers ensure reliable glue application. Heavy-duty construction ensures long-lived performance under all operating conditions, while Quick Change features allow for fast, easy size changes. Moving parts on all IPak machines are shielded by a combination of metal and fully interlocked Lexan safety guards to protect operators, and IPak will adhere to customer specifications for mechanical, electrical and safety components.
